All ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days from the time of purchase. While we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, please note that during peak seasons, launches, or promotional periods, processing times may vary.

PRE-ORDER / PRE-SALE

Items marked PRE-ORDER or PRE-SALE are not ready to ship at the time of purchase. Each pre-order and/or pre-sale item will have an estimated shipping window clearly listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

If your order contains multiple pre-order and/or pre-sale items with different shipping windows, your entire order will ship together according to the latest shipping window included in your order.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship items and pre-order and/or pre-sale items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once all pre-order and/or pre-sale items are ready to ship.

Please review all listed shipping windows carefully before completing your purchase. Pre-order and pre-sale shipping windows are estimates. While we work hard to ship within the stated timeframe, unexpected production, freight, customs, or carrier delays may occur.

By purchasing any PRE-ORDER or PRE-SALE item, you acknowledge and agree that the item is not ready to ship at the time of purchase and will not ship until the estimated shipping window stated on the product page. You also acknowledge that if your order contains items with different shipping windows, your entire order will ship according to the latest applicable shipping window.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our Pre-Order & Pre-Sale Policy and the estimated shipping timeframe disclosed at the time of purchase.

Due to the nature of pre-orders and pre-sales, orders containing PRE-ORDER or PRE-SALE items cannot be canceled, modified, or changed after purchase.

International Shipping

We’re happy to offer international shipping! 

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and any other fees that may be charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid at checkout and are determined by your local customs authority.

Jammies LLC is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges assessed once your package arrives in the destination country.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or other import charges associated with your order.

If an international package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or fees, store credit will be issued for the returned merchandise only, less the original shipping cost and any additional return shipping fees or charges incurred by Jammies LLC. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping details. You can track the progress of your package using the provided information.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Route Package Protection

For added peace of mind, we offer Route Package Protection on eligible orders. This service provides coverage for qualifying lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.

If you choose to add Route Package Protection at checkout and experience an issue with your shipment, you can submit a claim directly through Route according to their coverage terms.

If Route Package Protection is not selected at checkout, Jammies is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier, subject to applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received.

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right by providing a replacement when available or another appropriate resolution.
