Shipping policy

Order Processing:

All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days from the time of purchase. While we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping details. You can track the progress of your package using the provided information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates after receiving the shipping confirmation.

Route Package Protection:

For added peace of mind, we offer Route Package Protection on all orders. This service covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If you choose to add Route Package Protection at checkout and your package is lost or damaged, you can file a claim directly with Route to receive a replacement or refund for your order.

Please note that if Route Package Protection is not selected at checkout, Jammies will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are handed over to the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by issuing store credit or sending a replacement item.
