While we do not offer refunds, we do accept returns for store credit on eligible items. Please review the following details:

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for store credit, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A return label will be provided to you for your use. The cost of the return label is deducted from your store credit.

To initiate a return, please log in to your customer account to manage your orders.

After we receive and inspect your returned items, store credit will be issued for the total value of the item(s) returned, excluding the original shipping cost, which is non-refundable.

Loop Returns:

Products are eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund for up to 7 days following the purchase date.

We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return.
