Pre-Order & Pre-Sale Policy

Items marked PRE-ORDER or PRE-SALE are not ready to ship at the time of purchase. Each pre-order and/or pre-sale item will have an estimated shipping window clearly listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

If your order contains multiple pre-order and/or pre-sale items with different shipping windows, your entire order will ship together according to the latest shipping window included in your order.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship items and pre-order and/or pre-sale items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once all pre-order and/or pre-sale items are ready to ship.

Please review all listed shipping windows carefully before completing your purchase. Pre-order and pre-sale shipping windows are estimates. While we work hard to ship within the stated timeframe, unexpected production, freight, customs, or carrier delays may occur.

By purchasing any PRE-ORDER or PRE-SALE item, you acknowledge and agree that the item is not ready to ship at the time of purchase and will not ship until the estimated shipping window stated on the product page. You also acknowledge that if your order contains items with different shipping windows, your entire order will ship according to the latest applicable shipping window.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our Pre-Order & Pre-Sale Policy and the estimated shipping timeframe disclosed at the time of purchase.

Due to the nature of pre-orders and pre-sales, orders containing PRE-ORDER or PRE-SALE items cannot be canceled, modified, or changed after purchase.
