I had preordered some PJs and also ordered some ready to ship and realized after the fact that my baby may outgrow the PJs I bought while waiting for the preorder items. For added peace of mind, we offer Route Package Protection on all orders. This service covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If you choose to add Route Package Protection at checkout and your package is lost or damaged, you can file a claim directly with Route to receive a replacement or refund for your order.
Please note that if Route Package Protection is not selected at checkout, Jammies will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are handed over to the carrier.
