If you choose to add Route Package Protection at checkout and your package is lost or damaged, you can file a claim directly with Route to receive a replacement or refund for your order.
Please note that if Route Package Protection is not selected at checkout, Jammies will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are handed over to the carrier.
